Life's too short to waste it hating your body.
As you probably already know, I'm trying to lose weight. Key word is "trying". I tend to mess up a lot but hey! I'll get to my goal eventually. I'm doing this the healthy way and that's all that matters.

Breakfast- oatmeal, sausage biscuit (660)
Lunch- pizza, yogurt, granola bar(530)
Dinner- bowl of chili and Doritos(?)
No practice today, which was good because I had a ton of homework. I don’t want to weigh myself because I know I’ll be heavier than id like. Fml.
Lunch- sandwich, boiled egg (400)
Dinner- mashed potato, rice and beans, roll(620)
Snacks- oatmeal, Gardettos (300)
Today was an alright day.
Lunch- chicken, taco (300)
Dinner- baked beans, a couple chips (120)
Snacks- granola bar, pretzels, pumpkin cupcake, mozzarella sticks(700)
Fml. Again. With seriously everything. My thanksgiving dinner was tonight if that gives any indication of my day.
